01Platform Intellectual Property
All content on the CHUHAIBANG platform, including but not limited to text, images, interface design, layout structure, and data analysis, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to the platform or relevant rights holders.
02Enterprise Content Licensing
By submitting product images, company information, and other content to the platform, enterprises grant the platform a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to use such content for product display, promotion, and related services.
03Infringement Complaint
If a rights holder believes that content on the platform infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a written notice of complaint to the platform, including proof of rights, details of the alleged infringement, and contact information. The platform will address such notices promptly upon receipt.
04Remedial Actions
After verifying an infringement complaint, the platform will take measures including, but not limited to, removing infringing content, suspending the infringing enterprise's services, and cooperating with rights holders in legal enforcement.
