01Service Details
Chuhaibang CHUHAIBANG (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online service platform of the Pazhou Enterprise Overseas Service Exchange Center. It provides foreign trade enterprises with one-stop overseas services, including product display, supply-demand matching, live streaming promotion, and a product selection center. Please read the following agreement terms carefully before using the Platform's services.
02Register Account
To join, businesses must provide valid and authentic qualification documents, including business licenses, contact details, and product information. The platform reserves the right to verify these qualifications and may suspend or terminate services for any enterprise with false or incomplete information.
03Product Showcase
The platform provides product display services for enrolled businesses. Each business can upload up to 20 products. Product information is submitted by the business to the platform's operations team for unified upload. Businesses must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all product information.
04Service Fee
The platform offers 5 service tiers. Specific services and fees are governed by the service agreement signed between both parties. Annual billing applies; exact amounts are as displayed on the plan page.
05Intellectual Property
Enterprises must ensure that product images, logos, and other content they provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Enterprises are solely responsible for any IP disputes arising from their submitted content.
06Disclaimer
The platform serves as an information display and supply-demand matching service and does not directly participate in transactions between enterprises and buyers. Transaction risks are borne solely by the transacting parties. While the platform provides necessary trade support services, it does not assume responsibility for transaction guarantees.
